Chisinau
Chisinau is situated in the center of the state on seven hills, and the inflow of the river Nistru - The River Bic passes through it.
The city has a surface of 200 square km.
For the first time it was named Chisinau on July, 17 1436. The scientists suppose that its name means "source", "key", "spring".
The capital of Moldova is considered one of the most green cities in Europe for its parks ( the park of Stefan cel mare, Vally of Roses).
The population of Chisinau is about 700 miles of citezens and representants of different nationalities.
The cultural life of the city is maintained by:
